Refund Policy

All products sold by Dural Irrigation are quality products from major industry suppliers and are covered by full manufacturer's warranty. However, should you receive a product that is faulty, please contact us to talk to one of our sales staff to let them know details of the problem. We will discuss the item and decide on the necessary action as detailed below. We may require you to return the product to us.

1. Returns: Items may be returned within 90 days of purchase, provided they are in resaleable condition (unused, undamaged, and in original packaging where applicable).
2. Refunds: Refunds will be issued using the original method of payment. Please allow standard processing times.
3. Non-Stocked & Special Orders: A 25% restocking fee applies to returns of non-stocked or special-order items. Supplier approval is required for all such returns.
4. Proof of Purchase: A valid sales invoice or receipt must accompany all return requests
