Freight Policy

As of 1st July 2021, the estimated delivery times below do not apply to online orders eligible for free shipping. Australia Post are constantly updating their website regarding any delays. Australia Post information on the updated delays can be found here.

We ship within Australia only. All orders are dispatched via Australia Post Standard Parcel Post.

Any over-weight (>22kg), bulky or commercial-quantity items may be subject to a freight charge which will be quoted by email prior to shipping of the order. Dural Irrigation and the customer reserve the right to cancel the order due to excessive freight charges and all monies refunded.

We aim to dispatch orders from our premises within 2-3 business days. Remember to include the transit time for your region from the table below to calculate your delivery time.

If any item is not in stock, it may take anywhere between 2-7 days generally to receive from our suppliers. For suppliers that need to receive the stock in from the manufacturers, this delay may be longer. Please advise our staff by phone or email if your order is in urgency and we will send out all in-stock items as soon as possible, followed by the items on back order when they arrive in store.

 

Delivery

Delivery is by Australia Post direct to your nominated address therefore your delivery address can either be a street address OR a Post Office Box or RMB.

Please note if you would like to order online, but you prefer to pick your order up from in-store, please select the 'Store Pickup' option on the cart page, prior to checkout.

Dural Irrigation deliveries adopt the following process:

1. The postman will deliver the goods to the address nominated by you and all goods are noted with "No Signature Required" and "Safe Drop";

2. If for any reason the postman is unable to deliver the goods they will leave a card advising of the unsuccessful delivery. You, the Customer, will then need to arrange travel to your nearest post office to collect the goods.

3. If you live in a rural area, our courier may contact you to organise a mutually convenient and secure location for delivery of the goods. We cannot guarantee this.

 

 

 

 

 

 

Confirmation

When you provide a valid email address when ordering online at duralirrigation.com.au, you will receive an order confirmation following successful payment and shipping confirmation with tracking details by email once your order has left our store.
