How long will my order take to be delivered?Dependent of stock, it can take between 1-3 business days for us to ship out orders. In terms of delivery estimates, you can visit our Freight Policy for more information on estimated delivery times to your city from our store. |

Do you deliver to PO boxes?Yes. we use Australia Post and can ship to PO boxes. |
Do you ship internationally?Unfortunately we do not ship internationally. However, f you would like to order from us, and are based in a country other than Australia, we will accept international orders using bank deposit only, if you are able to organise a courier to collect the goods. |
Can you help with warranty claims for my pump or filter?Our long-standing relationships with our distributed brands means that even if you didn't purchase the product from us, we are definitely able to assist on all warranty claims and enquiries on any brand of pump and filter that we stock. Does my trade account work online too?Our website and our brick and mortar store are treated as two separate businesses, and our discount structures are very different. Do you sell larger quantities, rolls and sizes of pipe?Yes, we do. We sell larger rolls and sizes of Low Density, Metric and Rural B pipe as well as 6m lengths of PVC and Stormwater pipe in Bulk Pipe. Unfortunately due to the size and weight of these, we are unable to post them via Australia Post. They are, however, available for pickup in store, just select Store Pickup as your shipping method on checkout! For large bulk or project quantities, contact us directly on 1800 244 389 for a quote on direct delivery cost. |
Do you provide a design and installation service for irrigation systems?Absolutely, we can design your system at no extra charge! Just submit a design form with all the required details we'll need, and one of our friendly design team will be allocated to your project to contact you and support you every step of the way! Unfortunately, we do not provide an installation service. We do, however, have details of many reputable, Sydney-local contacts we can recommend for installation, maintenance and repair services on various irrigation systems, pond installations and pumps systems. Just ask your allocated irrigation designer for the best recommendation! |
Can I order online and pick it up in-store?Absolutely! After you have finished adding to your cart, click on your cart and select Store Pickup as a shipping method. Proceed to checkout and complete payment. Once our team has packed your order, we will notify you when it will be ready for pick up or if there are any out-of-stock items on your order. Please note: we are able to hold your order aside for only 7 days. Please allow us at least 2 hours to process and pack your order on same day pick-ups. Collection on weekends is available upon request. |
