Price Match Policy

At Dural Irrigation, we are committed to offering you the best prices on our products. If you find a lower price on an identical item at a qualifying competitor, we will match that price. 

Here's how our Price Match Policy works:

1. Eligibility Criteria - The product must be identical in brand, model number and specifications. The product must be in stock and available for immediate purchase at the competitor's store or website.

2. Proof of Lower Price - Customers must provide proof of the lower price such as a current advertisement, printout or a link to the competitor's website showing the lower price. The lower price must be verifiable and valid at the time of the price match request.

3. Exclusions - Clearance, closeout, liquidation sales and special promotions (e.g, Black Friday, Cyber Monday) are excluded. Prices from membership clubs, auction sites or third-party sellers on marketplace websites are not eligible. Items that are refurbished, used or damaged are not eligible.

4. Time Frame - Price match requests must be made at the time of purchase.

5. Additional Terms - We reserve the right to verify the competitor's price and the availability of the item.

How do I request a Price Match?

To request a price match on an identical stocked item, contact customer service or in store with proof of the competitor’s advertised price before making your purchase. Once your price match request has been verified our team will provide details on how to finalise this price and purchase.

Price Match Terms & Conditions:

1) The Competitor must:

a) be a registered Australian business, have an Australian Business Number and be registered for Goods and Services Tax ("GST").

2) The Competitor's price of the product must:

a) Be the price of the product as sold individually and not as part of a bundled sale;
b) Include GST and any delivery and handling charge; and
c) Be verifiable by Dural Irrigation at the time of price matching.

3) Dural Irrigation does not price match on:

a) Offers which include cash back, bonus, bulk purchase, quantity limits or packages.
b) Advertising errors by Dural Irrigation or its competitor.
c) Finance or credit terms.
d) Products shipped from or sold by third-party sellers on marketplace, auction or classifieds websites such as Amazon and Ebay, manufacturers; distributors or importers or requiring delivery to or from a location outside Australia.
e) Do not price match against Bunnings or any other major hardware store.
f) Price matching does not extend to items already purchased.
