Pump Hoses
Suction hose is used on the inlet of the pump, typically from a dam or lake with a foot valve. Suction hose can also be used to draw water from a water tank in some situations.
Braided hose can be used as a flexible joiner in a hot water application, typically in the laundry and are sometimes recommended for use in short inlet/outlet runs on a pump. Some rigid plastic lines can be more prone to vibration and noise, so replacing them with the stainless steel braided hose can sometimes reduce or eliminate excessive noise from the pump.
