Partner ordered from these guys, has had nothing but endless issues and NO communication. Sent wrong products, promised they would be replaced within a day or two then went no contact for weeks after countless emails. Tried to call multiple times with nobody able to help as people have already left or not answering phones. Unfortunately, would not reccomend this company at all.

Disappointing experience so far, ordered on the 4th of January, no communication or notification that the order was not in stock. Followed up via email enquiries and got a response 5 days later that said the items will be in stock in 48 hours on the 14th of January but still nothing and no further updates. Followed up again on the 20th of January with no response still and have again followed up today on the 23rd. Please communicate with your customers, respond to enquiries and please cancel my order and provide a refund.

I’m so frustrated, I ordered a pump 2 weeks ago. The website was not clear about the fact that the pump is shipped directly from the supply site. After enquiring about the pump I was told to wait another week and if I don’t receive it by then to contact them again. Called this morning was transferred to sales, who did jot answer the phone. I left a message but doubt very much if anyone is going to get back to me. Honestly, if I had known it was going to take this long I would have just gone and bought a pump in person. In the mean time I’m losing water due to a leaking pump. Come on guys! I need the damn pump!

Called first to see if the stock was in they confirmed it was. So placed the order online. Then after asking where it was several days later was told the drippers I was told were available were out of stock and they have no idea when they will get them. And they had not sent the rest of the order. A week later again had to request that the things they did have in stock be delivered as I need them on the farm. 3 days later they sent them. Then I get an email asking me for a google review with the headline image being Fast Shipping Australia Wide ! Fail.

Shipping and communication are poor. Site says "Fast shipping". Ordered Tuesday afternoon and by Saturday it still hasn't shipped. No response to ETA and status query email, and they don't answer the phone either.

I placed an order on October 4th, and I’ve had a frustrating experience. I didn’t receive any communication from them, so I followed up on October 12th and was told my product was backordered and would arrive in a week. I reached out again on October 22nd, and they mentioned it would arrive "today or tomorrow." Now it’s October 26th, and I’m still waiting. I wish I had paid the extra $20 to Grow King, as they communicate better and deliver within 1-3 business days. Overall, I’m disappointed with the lack of updates.

Paid $250 for the irrigation design. They say you will receive it within 10 days. It’s been over a month and they have just sent back the correct design. Still waiting for the pricing to come through for the third time hopefully with the right products this time. No care or communication from them

Over priced delivery cost. $20 bucks delivery for a $27 bucks small item that came in a small postage bag that took 12 days to deliver. No Thx. would not recommend Dural Irrigation to any one. Would've put a ZERO star here if I can.
